Day 1: Mission and Teamwork Conference by Nodes South America United for a Genuine Revival

The South American leaders and members participated in a two-day training in a row where important topics on mission and education were addressed. The main purpose was to promote the fulfillment of the 2025 goals, improving the development of pioneering plans and the establishment of missionary centers in the 250 cities of the region. The conference was attended by leaders from the region, including leaders and members of CAC.

Day 1. The Mission System in the Region.

The mission conference was developed from three key points, and from these key points the countries proposed strategies to develop in 2025. Each node expressed that the workshop helped them a lot to unite between countries and rethink the mission. The points that were worked on were the following:

Evangelism:

01. How would we reach 400 contacts per month?

02. How and who will make up the mass evangelism team in our node? How will we reach different youth interest groups?

03. How will we guarantee in 2025 that students of the word really are potential members? (Motivation and appropriate profile)

Bible studies:

04. How will we ensure that each member maintains at least 10 students?

05. Proposal for a missionary system per node. Mission, Education, Business.

06. How will we measure results monthly by country? (#EB, #EP)

Mentoring:

07. Tradition, How can we better teach this regionally?
What shortcomings do you think our mission has in this area? Guianza, what do you think is the best way to teach obedience and discipline in the Latin context?

08. How will you promote cell phone care in your node or country, based on the principles of camaraderie and transparency?

Through the detailed presentation of each of the components of the South American mission system, and the teamwork of each of the leaders and members, this first session was concluded with success and grace. Let us pray that the Lord will pour out his grace for the fulfillment of the goals set for 2025 throughout the Latin American region.
