With eyes fixed on the expansion of the Kingdom and the firm purpose of proclaiming the risen Christ, OA South America outlines its roadmap with specific actions that bring its continental vision to life. Under the banner “Until all know Him,” the movement is preparing to execute practical strategies that connect faith with action, vision with labor, and calling with obedience.
Mission: Reaching the Region
The call to reach the ends of South America is translated into measurable and transformative steps. The goal is to integrate 70 new committed members, thus consolidating a missionary body of 240 active workers across the continent. To achieve this, a regional virtual evangelistic campaign will be launched, where each country will aim to add new members during the time between Easter and Pentecost.
As part of this expansion, the commissioning of three new missionaries to Suriname, French Guiana, and Guyana is underway. With this step, OA South America completes its missionary presence in every country in the region, reflecting the fulfillment of the Word: “to the ends of the earth.”
Likewise, the evangelistic impact will take shape through the “2×2” movement-an initiative to carry out 40,000 Bible Studies aimed at reaching more than 20,000 young people. Each member will take on the challenge of leading at least 60 weekly studies, sowing the Word with clarity and commitment. From this movement, 120 new missionary candidates are expected to emerge and will be invited to participate in a special Retreat for Trainees where they will be introduced to the vision and the calling.
Education: Forming Disciples
Recognizing the urgent need to train prepared workers, OA South America will welcome 48 new students this quarter into the Olivet Centers in Brazil and Colombia. This process will be reinforced with a continental campaign to inspire a new generation of disciples through biblical formation.
In parallel, the School of Missions will be inaugurated this Easter-a pioneering step toward the future Olivet Seminary South America. This formative space will begin with a pilot cohort and a modular curriculum focused on Scripture, mission, and leadership. From here, leaders with solid foundations and a global vision will be raised, ready to respond to the call in any corner of the world.
Business: Achieving Self-Sustainability
To move forward with stability in the mission field, OA South America will strengthen its structure by appointing 24 new diakonos-full-time servants whose lives are entirely dedicated to Kingdom expansion. With these new workers, a total of 28 ministers fully committed to the mission will be reached, representing an inspiring model of radical service.
On the financial front, the “Sustainable Churches” campaign is being launched with the goal of increasing the ministry’s budget coverage from 12% to 15% through businesses led by mission members. This figure is projected to reach 50% by April, paving the way toward full self-sustainability. Accompanying this process, a Missionary Business Network will be established to promote strategic partnerships and foster economic growth with eternal purpose.
In addition, a weekly reporting system will be implemented to measure goal progress, monitor servant development, and evaluate advancement toward financial independence.
With firm steps, willing hearts, and working hands, OA South America moves toward Easter with unwavering conviction: to raise a generation that lives for the glory of God. It’s no longer just about vision-it’s about execution. No longer a distant future, but a present in motion. Because the time is now. And the mission continues… until all know Him.
