Mentoring Meeting: Exhortation for missionary advancement among fellowships Regional Expansion Vision

Leaders and key members who work with university students and professionals from the fellowships were urged to focus to bear abundant fruit in 2025. Through weekly mentoring sessions they will be motivated to contextualize their work among young people and focus it more diligently on in order to achieve many results. Among the points discussed were:

01 Mission Centers. All fellowships must take a city (where there is no other fellowship) to develop mission there, and thus strengthen the plan of pioneering of the region.

02 Missionary Communities. The fellowships that are in cities where they do not
There is a church, they must project themselves into community life and provide services. Keeping the faith and reviewing the order according to each fellowship.

03 Reporting System. Key members will be trained and focused on report and project their activities based on the MEP Model. Which consists of:

a) Meditation (aimed at providing guidance and spiritual strength depending on the work)
b) Evaluation (what is not evaluated does not grow, you have to give them goals)

Leadership: Are you doing it well? What resources do you need? In what areas can you improve?
Membership: Are they growing? Do they perform? How many potentials do they have, how is the process going?
Growth: What is the projection? How much of it is being achieved?

c) Projection (activities): Present a weekly activity, which will be the step to
step to reach the goals.

04 Clear Focus. The focus will be on strengthening existing chapters and achieving the self-sustaining. Seed capital will be given (to maintain and multiply), you will be
must teach the members the heart of the apostle Paul.

05 Mentoring. Effective care requires an effort to understand and challenge
each fellowship according to its identity. Conclusion: Weekly Report (Wednesday,
07:00 pm – 12:00 am) and General Meetings (Fridays, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm).
